Amador “Mayo” is the co-founder, lead welder, and installer at A&P Steel Fab and Welding. With years of hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication and installation, he leads projects with precision, skill, and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Patricia is the co-founder of A&P Steel Fab and Welding and manages daily operations as the office manager. She also coordinates subcontracting and project logistics to help ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Ashley oversees human resources, safety, and operations at A&P Steel Fab and Welding. She focuses on maintaining a safe work environment while supporting the team and helping keep operations organized and efficient.

Apollo is the unofficial safety inspector at A&P Steel Fab and Welding. When he’s not supervising the crew in his safety vest, he’s making sure the shop stays friendly, the team stays motivated, and that every project gets his paw of approval.
